Returns & Exchanges

At Mama Aroha, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need more information before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@mamaaroha.com. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital resources (PowerPoint files, online courses, apps), we cannot offer refunds once they have been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before checkout.

Returns Process

• Contact us at admin@mamaaroha.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

• We will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

• Once received, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Mama Aroha.

• For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Within New Zealand: 3–7 working days.

• Australia & International: 7–21 working days (please allow extra time for customs clearance).

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Free NZ shipping for orders over $150 (optional if you’d like to offer this).

Tracking

All physical orders include tracking details which will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

• All personal data (such as name, address, and email) is collected only to process your order and provide customer support.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe (or your provider), and we never store your credit card details.

• We will never sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
