4. License Agreement (Full Text):

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mama Aroha (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing and signing this Agreement, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mama Aroha Talk Cards PowerPoint Presentation (“Resource”) in accordance with the selected license type (Individual, Community/Small Organisation, or Institutional).

5. Terms Summary

By proceeding, you acknowledge:

• This license covers use across your entire organisation

• The file must not be printed, copied, altered, or shared.

• Handouts must be purchased separately (Talk Cards) or accessed via the Mama Aroha App.

• The license is non-transferable and may be revoked if breached.
